i have a suggestion, you can remove a bunch of these themes and have the only bonuses be Media Center/Royale, Embedded and Zune themes. Here are a few suggestions

    Remove PotPlayer
Add K-Lite Codec Pack Basic 13.8.5
Add FolderSize (allows you to see sizes of folder in Explorer)
    Add TweakUI
    Add PowerToys Calculator
Add Update KB968930 (Powersell 2.0 and ISE, needs the .net framework pack to install at all)
In the Basilisk settings file change the home page from zone62.com to about:home

and the last request is to make Administrator the only and default account in the system. I myself actually already modified the last IE version with these features because i figured how to edit the options selector in notepad++ but i didnt wanna change the unattended installation with nLite as it overwrites previous settings and i cant see them.
    thank you

I used this for my fujitsu lifebook n3530 (originally came with winxp) and it works great! I wanted to downgrade from Windows 7 for a while. I got all the original drivers off of shopfujitsu.com! Thank you for making this and making an awesome README!

Hello my english is bad because not my mother tongue but I have some questions. I installed this XP on one of my modern SATA PCs and it works and is satisfied. I installed the MUI french language pack but my WMP11 remains in English and cannot find the MUI for this version? And also I have another computer but this one I don't want all formatted it already has XP with all the updates but has only a driver "AMD RAID compatible AHCI" but I want to remove this driver by the one in the archive here which is done by "reactos" with universal sata "without raid" and I tried to install and I got a bsod and said that a .sys file is missing then that was in the folder How do I use this driver on a pc already in xp with sata already activated?

Ramsey would you add back the previously used Unlocker software along with the IObitlocker in next Integral build? The IObitlocker cannot unlock attached external hard drives, it can only unlock USB or normal files on the drives. Only Unlocker seems to have this function!

Also would you replace Potplayer with VLC. I having similar issues like freezing, very slow to load whatever renderer I use. Potplayer support is abysmal. Or how about Foobar instead? Thanks my friend.
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 8 days ago
I will test that with IObitlocker. And did the VLC Player run on your PC without a problem?

Ramsey I'm using a portable version of VLC from 2018. The current installer of VLC didn't work for me in xp. That said even Potplayer and any media player struggles immensely to play h265 in my platform. I even have the latest desktop with Win10 onboard and that stutters when decoding h265. I only play avi or preferably h264 these days.

Cannot utilise benefits of hevc at all. I attempted to encode it once and gave up. Tortuous codec format! Luckily I have a few laptops with xp compatible hardware, unfortunately my desktop cannot only handle win8 or Win7 as another system.

A lot of old Windows XP computers will struggle to decode a x265 video codec with 1080p+.
Which one of those works the best on your old computers Foobar2000 or K-Lite 13.8.5 Mega ?

Hi Ramsey. I'd have to say the last build of K-Lite for XP works the best allroundallround for stability. I tried Foobar but abandoned it as its replaygain would not tag ogg files. Thanks.

Excellent news. I use the standard pack, as it decodes what I want without a hitch, but the mega has it all for encoding I believe. I also saw another interesting one called Night Raven Codec Pack 3.24 over on a nice malware free site called codecpack.co which looked at first glance to be superior to the X Codec Pack 2.74 which I'd tried out in the past as a replacement for K-lite.

You could download it here (http://unlocker.emptyloop.com) if you're looking for the Unlocker installer. It's just that it's no longer in development, which is why it was replaced. Just keep both program.

Try Winamp or Media Player Classic - Home Cinema.

please read this security blog from malwarebytes

    https://blog.malwarebytes.com/security-world/technology/2017/11/when-you-shouldnt-trust-a-trusted-root-certificate/

and check if your windows xp integral edition 2020.5.5 has a root certificate authority named zone 54

use the official windows versions from microsoft it is much more safe than unofficial versions like integral edition

if you are still not convinced then install panda dome listed in the recommended programs.txt file in desktop and

Goto: START -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Windows File Protection.cmd

    be safe

      * All Patched and Modified files are all digitally signed with a custom certificate.

And this was done to avoid any problems with the System File Checker.

And this article is also a click-bait. You could also name the Certificate "Microsoft" and you wouldn't even notice it You should learn how to setup a good BotNet and then you will see how a real Stealth Virus works.

Pot player crashes and freezes on playing audio files. It causes interface of XP to freeze and be unresponsive. Also very slow loading video files. I had to uninstall and revert back to Media Player HC 1.7.1.3
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Jacko · 11 days ago
Forgot to add. If you load audio files through another program eg Mp3Gain and click on to play. Potplayer freezes but Media player HC does not. Also Potplayer screws up GUI interface navigating of XP. Clicking on video files causes weird lined box to appear and it drags or becomes smaller and bigger. Only safe mode restore worked for me. Potplayer is very dodgy and bug ridden code. Also it contacts Daum servers stealthily for update check? Firewall logs show this.
      • This commment is unpublished.
        Ramsey · 10 days ago
I tested it and i could play a .mp3 direct from Mp3Gain with PotPlayer.
And the video problem could be a wrong PotPlayer setting at the "Video Renderer" option.

Your problem could also be caused by a hardware incompatibility. I would first try the VLC Player because the last MPC version for Windows XP is very old.

          Jacko · 10 days ago
Thanks Ramsey. I think it could be my hardware too. That said ive had nothing but trouble with Potplayer and in other pc's. I will give VLC a look. Appreciate your feedback mate.

Didn't have this problem. Not that I'd know much since I primarily use K-Lite Codec Pack / Media Player Classic. Did you try updating the software to the latest? Also this isn't the place to post your software issues. That should go to the PotPlayer forum or their tech support.

Hey buddy, that's harsh, I think Jacko is making a point of Potplayer being unstable with current version of Integral in His system, bios, hardware etc. As a matter of fact I upgraded to latest version and have seen similar issue Jacko mentioned in xp. So we should both get onto to Potplayer support eh and moan to them to make it work better for us?

Potplayer team respond very little to bug reports if at all and any software problem has everything to do with here when those things will be XP/Win10 based after an install and could be 32 bit or 64 bit related or just bad code of the said software! It works for you and many others so good for you!
        • This commment is unpublished.
          Rei · 10 days ago
Not my intention to be harsh. It is however common sense to go to the appropriate forum for help as PotPlayer is still supporting WinXP, so yes.. You "should both get onto to Potplayer support eh and moan to them to make it work better for us" as you put it. Last time I checked, they have a forum section, which means they will also have a community of like-minded user with similar issue who can better assist individuals if there are any problems with said specific software.

Guys, let's all behave and be nice. I prefer the old forum which showed how long a person had been a user and registered here. By the way, in my case many years. We always tolerated any question or suggestion, but never considered it as moaning. This is a place to help NOT scold others.

Posting here often get quicker help e.g like from Ramsey who is much more experienced than the average person. Forums are usually full of jerks who pontificate and belittle the most simple questions as in Doom9 and any software forum usually. Your comments are far from helpful saying you don't have this problem etc

Sounds like you got a bad experience with forum, eh... Sorry to hear that. Mine is quite the opposite actually, which is why I encourage people to go there first for problems & maybe they can share their issue with prospective users who could have potentially the same problem. General tech forum does tend to have loose supervision from moderators & while I have seen some inciters, they were quickly quelled by moderators. The key is to just ignore those toxic people.

Maybe the quack it section was used often & was a waste of space, so it was removed.
I do like the captcha though. Ease to read & write & the words are simple. Though i dunno why I had to type "sexfiend" that one time it came up. Was there such word in the system?

Yep the "Quack It" section was replaced by the "Web Links" section.
And the captcha letters are generated from your browser history.

Really?!? How does that work? It kinda seems like the letters have nothing to do with anything in my browser history. I also don't lookup porn or anything "sexfiend" related online.

Sorry, that went over my head... Can you clarify? Also, emotes & emojis are disabled on my browser, so they just show up as symbols.

The captcha letters are generated randomly.

Glad you said that. I was going to say that this isn't the place for your report, you should go to Firefoxfox fork forum and report bugs etc just like you advise others to do when they mention a software conflict as this isn't the place!

Sure thing, dude... I do go to the appropriate forum if I have software issue, as should anyone. That's just common sense. Unless your common sense is to take your broken phone to a fast food joint to get it fixed or find & file a complaint to a local nun that you can't scratch your butt-cheeks anymore cuz you broke your butt scratcher.
Anyway, the issue I mentioned above is certainly specific to this website & it wasn't something I needed fixed. As for the emotes & emojis, I had them purposefully disabled on text cuz I disliked them.

Sounds like the Quack it section wants its problem back when ppl starts flaming others and another thinks this is the place to pour their software issue instead of asking for help in the proper site. But maybe Ramsey is just nice enough to help ppl since he did after all integrate that software in his build.
Also noticed ppl liking their own comment. How undignified.

This forum has a long history of regular folk asking questions about software long before you 'Newbies' came along passing judgement and gracious Ramsey helping out best he can. If you dont like it clear off!

Who are you again? I don't remember engaging with an immature trolling man-child such as yourself. All this time I've been here, I only ever see you being the the one passing judgement and starting flame wars.

Temper temper child. Seems Mommy has to change that full diaper of yours again
quote from you... And another thinks it is a place to pour their software problems..
Who is flaming? I rest my case. Bye.

Just let him be. Clearly he is just another toxic individual trying hard to be edgy or something. Personally, I enjoy watching him making a clown of himself. I'm entertained here, so let him flame away...

I suggest you 'dude' 'bro' or whatever form of English you struggle with these days to communicate, keep your badger baiting low sarcasm out of this nice quiet place or you might find yourselves with severe mauling by regulars here who have been here 'years' before you turned up pontificating at users here. You obviously have learning difficulties.
